Events Facilitator

Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation

Part-Time Seasonal, Afternoons and Evenings

​

Reporting to the Events & Hospitality Manager and collaborating with colleagues within the department, throughout the organization, and external vendors, the Events Facilitator attends and facilitates events from set-up to close, predominately during evening and weekend functions. The Events Facilitator demonstrates a commitment to providing outstanding customer service which creates memorable guest experiences.

Operations Assistant, Development 

Desert Botanical Garden

Part-time, Seasonal Position through September 2024

​

Assist the Development Operations staff with completion of a project. Review and clean the organization’s data held in Salesforce to ensure there are no duplicates and that all data is in order and correct. Internal efficiency will be improved with better service to our members and donors. Ensure accuracy to our data in Salesforce.
